A native of Detroit suburbs, Lindsay studied acting in Churchill High School's CAPA program. After a bout as a daycare teacher of one-year-olds, she returned to school to continue studying her true love of acting. At the University of Missouri-Kansas City she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, graduating summa cum laude. Throughout her college career she gained skills offstage as well, building scenery for Kansas City Repertory Theatre.

 

She now resides in Seattle with her cats Oliver and Pippin and pays the bills with a killer cup of coffee. She is also pursuing her hobbies of writing and photography.
